Advocare 24 Day Challenge

The holidays are here and you know what that means. We be piggin' out! The good news is Advocare can help you get through the holidays with "less" of you not "more" of you. I am talkin' Advocare's 24 Day Challenge. It consists of 10 days of Herbal Cleanse, Spark, and Omega Plex followed up with 14 days of Spark, Shakes, Omega Plex and the MNS product of choice. I just finished the Herbal Cleanse and am now doing the MNS section. My beloved Joe started the Herbal Cleanse yesterday.
